KITCHEN CUBE - CLONTARF

The original floor was of suspended timber construction which meant that there was a large void beneath the house. This void was poorly ventilated and contributed to stale odours within the house.

The renovation involved the construction of a a new sub floor with 140mm insulation and a radon barrier to prevent the build up of harmful gasses within the house.
