PROJECT: House at Ladies Island, Monahincha, Roscrea

A Kitchen and Sunroom are inserted between an existing cottage and barn, from which a cantilevered first floor bedroom is launched towards the South-West.

Bathroom and Bedroom are a structural see-saw across the gable end of the barn and the existing thick cottage walls are continued in the form of concrete fins along the new South East facade.
