The clients for this project wanted to remodel their existing Semi-D to reduce dead-space and reinvigorate their home. With three young kids the principal living spaces had merged over time into general play areas and a new adult orientated space was needed to address this.

Our proposal sees the removal of all internal walls and the creation of a clearly delineated plan structured around "walls" of storage and utility space which extends out into the garden.

A new extension is proposed which will house a bright new living area, away from the hustle of the main living areas and suitable for use as a reception room for adult guests in the evening.
